KYLE MURPHY

Kyle practices in the areas of oil and gas, energy, real property transactions, title examination, estate planning and probate law.

Kyle began working at the law firm of Elias, Books, Brown & Nelson while in law school. In 2006 Kyle graduated Oklahoma City University School of Law with honors, was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar and began working full time at the firm. Kyle has assisted clients in a wide range of issues involving oil and gas, energy, real property transactions, probate and estate planning matters. In his practice, Kyle has prepared numerous drilling and division order title opinions, assisted clients in acquisitions and divestitures of real property, aided in general business formation and been involved in a wide range of transactions affecting real property rights and commercial loan agreements.

Kyle has been active in the Oklahoma Mineral Lawyers Society of Oklahoma since 2006 having been a speaker in the past and currently sits as the Vice President of the organization for the 2020-21 year.
