John R. (“Jack”) Bomhoff joined Elias, Books, Brown & Nelson in 2015 and practices in a broad range of litigation matters, including oil and gas, ad valorem taxation, quiet title, probate, collections, foreclosure, bankruptcy, products liability, and contract law.

Mr. Bomhoff is an associate attorney whose practice encompasses a broad range of matters, including oil and gas lien foreclosures, products liability for oilfield downhole casing failure, ad valorem taxation, and collection actions, including collection of outstanding proceeds under the Production Revenue Standards Act.

Mr. Bomhoff graduated from the University Of Oklahoma College Of Law in 2015. While attending law school, he was named on the Dean’s List for four of six semesters. Mr. Bomhoff also received the Am. Jur. for the best grade in his Agricultural Law in the Spring 2014 semester. He also studied abroad as part of the university’s Oxford Summer Program in 2013.

Mr. Bomhoff is admitted to practice before all state courts of Oklahoma. He is currently a member of the American and Oklahoma Bar Associations.

Mr. Bomhoff is from Edmond, Oklahoma. He graduated cum laude from the University of Oklahoma in 2012 with a BA in Letters. While attending OU, he was an active member of his fraternity, Delta Upsilon.
