John joined Elias, Books, Brown & Nelson in 2017. John is a litigation and trial lawyer who represents industry clients concerning oil and gas, construction, automotive, real estate, environmental, and general business law. His practice also includes representing individuals on their claims for personal injury, auto accidents, truck accidents, wrongful death, public and private nuisance, property damage, medical malpractice, and insurance bad faith.
John graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2015 and the University of Oklahoma College of Business in 2012. In law school and business school, John excelled above his peers in academics and practical application. In business school John graduated with honors and was one of few selected to participate in the Michael Price Student Investment Fund. In law school, John was admitted to the Order of the Barristers for his advanced oral argument and legal writing abilities represented by his accomplishment of winning a national moot court competition in New York.
