ABOUT JEFF LOVE
Jeff Love is an AV rated attorney with more than twenty-four years of experience in a wide range of legal practice areas including state and federal litigation, commercial litigation, energy law, real estate transactions and development, corporate law and litigation, residential and commercial construction law, bankruptcy law, receivership actions, environmental law, employment law, insurance defense, malpractice defense, appellate law, as well as probate and trust litigation. His practice also includes the representation of clients in mediations and the negotiation of contracts. Jeff routinely provides legal advice to owners of closely held, privately owned businesses. Jeff has earned the distinction of an AV® Preeminent™ rating by Martindale-Hubbell’s Peer Review Ratings, a certification mark signifying that a lawyer’s peers rank him at the highest level of professional excellence in the fields of commercial and bankruptcy litigation.
Jeff graduated from the University Of Oklahoma College Of Law in 1995. While attending law school, he was a member of the Oklahoma Law Review.
Jeff is admitted to practice before all state courts of Oklahoma. He is currently a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Oklahoma County Bar Association.
Jeff is originally from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He now lives in Edmond, Oklahoma with his wife of 16 years and his son and daughter. Jeff is active as a volunteer for the BSA.
