Brandon Scott joined Elias, Books, Brown & Nelson in 2018. Brandon Scott’s practice focuses on oil and gas title examination and estate planning.
Mr. Scott is an associate attorney whose practice focuses in the areas of oil and gas title examination and estate planning.
Mr. Scott graduated from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2010. Mr. Scott graduated second in his law school and received the Oklahoma City Real Property Lawyers Association Award for Excellence in Property Law. Prior to joining to Elias, Books, Brown & Nelson, Mr. Scott practiced eight years in the areas of estate planning and wealth transfer taxation, drafting revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, and preparing gift and estate tax returns.
Mr. Scott lives in Guthrie, Oklahoma. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2007 with a BA in Political Science and was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.
